My career began with early recognition from institutions such as The New York Times and The Art Directors Guild NY. After studying at several art schools and earning my BFA from the School of Visual Arts, I relocated from New York to Los Angeles to work in the film industry, contributing across props, design, art direction, and storyboarding. Collaboration with artists in film, video games, and advertising later led me to represent artists professionally, and eventually led me back to my own studio, expanding on my own ideas.

Today, I work from my Los Angeles studio, creating oil paintings grounded in historical craftsmanship. My process centers on a “Hierarchy of Light,” where concentrated light and deep shadow reflect my belief that meaning emerges through contrast, revealing the core of the subject rather than surface detail.
